This is one of the finest websites for computer components I've ever come across! They offer a wider selection of parts at fantastic prices compared to other places. My order showed up sooner than I thought it would, and it was in excellent shape. Plus, the customer service is super friendly! I’ll surely be back for more in the future.

I still haven't gotten the item (not PC Catalyst's fault, I checked with them before I ordered and they mentioned it was shipping from Germany - just a UPS delay at customs).

Sadly, I found the same item for quite a bit less somewhere else and reached out to PC Catalyst about sending it back for a full refund. They told me:

"They don’t have a UK address, unfortunately. It’s due to all the strikes messing things up right now :(. We can take a return, but we need to sell the item quickly since we’re in a tight spot financially and don’t have much cash to spare. Then we can refund you if that works for you. Sorry about all this!"

That was pretty confusing and made it seem like I’d only get my money back after they sold the returned item?

I was then pointed to the returns page, which did list a UK address but also mentioned a possible restocking fee - which I thought wasn’t allowed within the 14-day return period? (But I could be mistaken!) When I inquired about getting a full refund after returning, they said: "We typically charge a 20% restocking fee, but since it’s the courier’s fault, just send it back and we’ll issue a full refund."

I never asked PC Catalyst to match the price or refund the difference, as I don’t think that’s fair to them. This whole situation has kind of soured my experience and left me feeling uneasy all day. I’m not entirely sure I’ll get a full refund when I return it, and I really don’t want to deal with the hassle of fighting for it.

The website looks really sleek and modern, the way you place an order is top-notch, plus getting free delivery is just the cherry on top.

PC Catalyst provides top-notch and personalized customer support. After running into stock problems with a different seller, I reached out to Ashley to inquire about the availability of my order. In just 5 minutes, he gave me a call, clarified the issue with the supplier, and even sent me pictures of alternative items via Whatsapp that they had on hand. Unfortunately, none of those options worked for me, but Ashley quickly took care of the refund. If I ever need another PC part, you can bet I'll be heading back to PC Catalyst.

I got myself a Gigabyte 3070, and I can't complain about the service one bit. They kept me in the loop about the warranty and the delivery was super fast. I'd definitely buy from them again! :)

These folks are truly fantastic! Forget about those larger online retailers that just want your money and see you as just another number. I placed my order on Thursday night, and by Friday morning, Ashley gave me a courtesy call about my order. He walked me through everything I needed to know. The customer service is top-notch; I can't find a single fault with PC Catalyst. Ashley is a real stand-up guy, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my PC needs soon. I purchased an RTX 3080 and a Ryzen 9 5900x, and the delivery was super quick and secure. This site is really trustworthy, and I’d definitely shop here again. I stumbled upon this company while searching for a CPU after getting ripped off by Amazon, who sent me an empty box instead.

Just got the product, but I ain't got a clue about how it performs or how long it'll last. If you ask for a review after three months, then I might have a better idea. I’m not one to throw out 5 stars just 'cause it showed up and looks decent. Hit me up again in three months.
At first, I gave it 1 star, but I realized that was a bit too harsh. A member from PC Catalyst called me to see why I rated it so low. I tried to explain that my frustration was with Trust Pilot asking for a review after just one day of having the product, which I couldn’t really test yet. PC Catalyst seems to care, but I can only give it 4 stars until I’ve had a chance to really use it.

Discovered via Google, I was on the hunt for a Z690 Aorus Master and an i9-12900K. The reviews looked solid, so I decided to take a chance and make the purchase. Snagged the Gigabyte Aorus Elite 3060 for a killer deal in the UK! Saved a cool £100 compared to Amazon. The delivery was super fast. The packaging could use some improvement to better protect pricey and delicate stuff like graphics cards, but thankfully, nothing got messed up by the delivery folks this time. The card runs like a charm :)

My order got processed and shipped super fast, arriving the next day. Even though there was a hiccup with suppliers jacking up prices over the bank holiday, they stuck to the price they advertised and kept us updated about our order status.

I’ll surely think about using them again for any upcoming PC upgrades. Totally recommend!
